The most important difference between In Concert and Live At The Fillmore is that this album contains the version of Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad that was on the original release. Absolutely some of the best, most singular and unique playing of Eric Clapton's career. His chops were way up and he was obviously in the zone, playing two long solos with a passionate, intense, imaginative flow of improvisation that is different than anything else he's ever recorded. Album 1973 9 Songs. Presence of the Lord Live. Tell the Truth Live. Unravelling the Derek And the Dominos In Concert album and its subsequent incarnations is a bit like doing a jigsaw puzzle. The different versions, culled from different shows, make it extremely complicated to untangle. The concert was reissued as Live At The Fillmore on 22 February 1994 with a significantly different running order, and with the addition of four more tracks. In reality, six of the nine tracks released as In Concert, and three of its five previously unreleased performances, are different recordings of songs that featured on In Concert. Released in 1973, In Concert is the first live album released from Derek and the Dominos and their second album overall. The album was recorded at the Fillmore East in New York City on October 22 and 23 of 1970. More songs from the same concerts can be found on Live at The Fillmore, the bands second live album. All of the songs featured on this album were as well featured on Live at the Fillmore, although three of them are different performances than those featured on In Concert. In Concert Q&A
